10B) Die mindestens erforderlichen Geschwindigkeitsbereiche der zu verwendenden Reifen sind, mit
Ausnahme der Reifen mit M+S-Profil, den Fahrzeugpapieren zu entnehmen. Die für M+S Reifen
zulässige Höchstgeschwindigkeit ist im Blickfeld des Fahrzeugführer sinnfällig anzugeben und im Betrieb
nicht zu überschreiten.Die zulässige Achslast des Fahrzeuges darf nic ht größer sein als das Zweifache
der auf Seite 1 dieser Anlage angegebenen Radlast unter Berücksichtigung des angegebenen
Abrollumfanges. Der beim Reifen angeführte Lastindex beschreibt die mindesterforderliche Tragfähigkeit,
es sind Reifen mit höherem Lastindex zulässig, die max. Achslast ist mit diesem Lastindex zu vergleichen
wodurch eventuell vorhandene Achslastauflagen entfallen können.
Apart from tires with an M + S tread, the required minimum speed ranges for the tires to be used, tak ing
load indexes into consideration, can be found in the vehicle documentation, unless deviations have been
defined in the scope of application.
11H) Wird das serienmäßige Ersatzrad verwendet, soll mit mäßiger Geschwindigkeit und nicht länger als
erforderlich gefahren werden. Hierbei müssen die serienmäßigen Befestigungsteile verwendet werden.
Bei Fahrzeugausführungen mit Allradantrieb ist bei Verwendung des Ersatzrades darauf zu achten, daß
nur Reifen mit gleich großem Abrollumfang zulässig sind.
If the standard spare wheel is used, the car should be driven at moderate speed and for no longer than
necessary. The wheel must be fitted with standard fastening elements. When the spare wheel is used on
four-wheel-drive vehicles, care should be tak en to use only tires with identically sized rolling
circumference.
11N) Die Brems-, Lenkungsaggregate und das Fahrwerk müssen, sofern diese durch keine weiteren Auflagen
berührt werden, dem Serienstand entsprechen.
The brak e and steering systems and the suspension, except for custom suspension springs, must be
standard, unless governed by other requirements.
12K) Die Verwendung von Schneeketten ist nur zulässig, wenn diese vom Fahrzeughersteller für diese
Rad/Reifen-Kombination freigegeben sind (s. Betriebsanleitung).
The use of snow chains is only permitted if the latter have been approved by the vehicle manufacturer for
this wheel/tire combination (cf. operating instructions).
51A) Der vom Fahrzeughersteller (siehe Betriebsanleitung oder Reifenfülldruckhinweis am Fahrzeug) bzw.

Die Verwendung von Reifen mit Notlaufeigenschaften ist laut Hersteller nur mit
Reifenfülldrucküberwachungssystem zulässig.
The inflation pressure specified by the vehicle manufacturer (see operating instructions or tire inflation
pressure indicated on the vehicle) or tire manufacturer must be observed. According to the manufacturer,
tires with run-flat properties may only be used in combination with a tire inflation monitoring system.
51G) Die Verwendung dieser Rad/Reifen-Kombination ist nur zulässig, wenn diese Reifendimension in den
Fahrzeugpapieren bereits serienmäßig eingetragen oder vom Fahrzeughersteller, s. Auszug aus der
EG-Genehmigung des Fahrzeuges (EG-Übereinstimmungsbescheinigung), freigegeben ist. Der
Loadindex, das Geschwindigkeitssymbol, die M+S-Kennzeichnung, die Hinweise und die Empfehlungen
des Fahrzeugherstellers sind bei Verwendung dieser Reifengröße zu beachten.
This wheel/tire combination may only be used if this tire has already been entered as the standard in
vehicle documents or has been approved by the vehicle manufacturer, see excerpts from EC vehicle
approval (EC certificate of compliance). The load index, speed symbol, M+ S identification, the tire mak e s
entered in the vehicle documentation and the remark s and recommendations of the vehicle manufacturer
must be observed when this tire size is used.
52J) Diese Reifengröße ist nur mit M+S-Profil zulässig. Die Lauffläche und die Struktur sind bei M+S-Profil so

744) Das Anzugsmoment der Befestigungsteile der Räder ist der Betriebsanleitung des Fahrzeuges zu
entnehmen.
The tightening torque of the custom wheels' fastening elements is specified in the vehicle's operating
manual. Should no tightening torque be specified there, the tightening torque quoted in the expert report
shall apply.
76V) Die Verwendung dieser Radgröße und Einpreßtiefe ist nur zulässig, wenn diese serienmäßig verwendet
wird.
The use of this tire size and offset is only permitted if used as standard.
77E) Das indirekte Reifendruckkontrollsystem ist zu kalibrieren. Es ist dafür den Ausführungen der
Bedienungsanleitung Folge zu leisten.
The indirect Tire Pressure Monitoring system must be calibrated. The instructions of the manual must be
followed.
1) Einzuhalten sind die Vorgaben des Fahrzeugherstellers gem. WVTA im Bezug auf:
- Serienmäßige Radgröße und Einpreßtiefe
- Reifengröße mit Betriebskennung (Last und Geschwindigkeitsindex) und
Beschränkungen auf Winterreifen (M+S)
- Auflagen und Einschränkungen sowie die Verwendung von Schneeketten aus der Betriebserlaubnis
und Betriebsanleitung.

33) Es sind die serienmäßigen Befestigungsteile und das Zubehör des Fahrzeugherstellers für das
entsprechende Serienrad zu verwenden.Zum Auswuchten dürfen nur die handelsüblichen Wuchtgewichte
für Stahlfelgen zum Einsatz gebracht werden.
The standard fixing parts and accessories of the vehicle manufacturer for the corresponding series -wheel
must be used. Only commercially available balancing weights for steel wheels may be used for balancing.

Istruzioni di montaggio per ruote
1. Controllare la ruota in acciaio prima del montaggio per verificare che non siano presenti danni
2. Utilizzare i pneumatici che sono indicati nel libretto di circolazione
3. ATTENZIONE ! Il montaggio deve essere eseguito da personale specializzato.
4. Portare in posizione il foro centrale della ruota al centrante del mozzo e appoggiare il piano del disco al piano del mozzo.
a- Verificare che i bulloni siano compatibili con i fori di fissaggio della ruota
b- Verificare che la lunghezza dei bulloni sia conforme per il montaggio
c- Tenere la ruota con una mano e avvitare i bulloni partendo dal foro attacco più basso
d- Avvitare i bulloni con sequenza incrociata tra loro
e- Per il serraggio dei bulloni utilizzare un avvitatore con regolazione di coppia o una chiave dinamometrica, facendo
attenzione ad applicare la coppia di serraggio consigliata nel certificato in allegato per il tipo di veicolo pertinente.
ATTENZIONE ! In caso di serraggio non corretto, la ruota si può allentare, deformare e/o rompere
f- Ruotare la ruota montata sul mozzo per verificare che non vi siano interferenze con le pinze freno.
5. La ruota deve essere montata solo sui tipi di vettura indicati nel campo di applicazione in allegato.
6. ATTENZIONE ! Ad ogni cambio ruota e/o pneumatico i bulloni NON devono essere lubrificati e dopo i primi 50 km di guida,
se necessario, riserrare i bulloni con la coppia specifica consigliata. .
7. La pressione del pneumatico deve essere quella prescritta dal costruttore del veicolo .
8. L'uso delle catene da neve è consentito solo se il costruttore del veicolo lo prevede.
9. Non è consentito effettuare modifiche e/o riparazioni alla ruota
Installation instructions for wheels
1. Carefully check the steel wheel before installation to ensure it is not damaged
2. Only use tyres mentioned on the vehicle's registration document
3. WARNING ! Installation must be performed by qualified personnel
4. Position the wheel on the hub so that the center hole of the wheel corresponds to the centering of the hub, and
make sure the wheel disc has full contact with the hub flange.
a- Check that the bolts are compatible with the mounting holes of the wheel
b- Check that the length of the bolts is conform for mounting
c- Hold the wheel with one hand and tighten the bolts starting from the lowest one
d- Tighten the bolts in a criss-cross sequence
e- For tightening only use a screwer with torque control or a torque wrench, making sure you apply the specific torque
recommended for the relevant vehicle type on attached certificate.
WARNING ! Incorrect tightening may lead to self-loosening, deformation and/or damage of the wheel.
f- Turn the mounted wheel on the hub to make sure that there is no interference with the brake calipers
5. The wheel must be mounted only on the types of vehicle listed in the application field of the relevant certificate.
6. WARNING ! When changing wheel/tyre DO NOT lubricate bolts and after the first 50 Km of driving, if necessary ,retighten
the bolts with the specific torque recommended.
7. The tire pressure must be the one specified by the vehicle's manufacturer
8. The use of snow chains is only permitted if foreseen by the vehicle's manufacturer
9. Modifying and/or repairing of wheels is not allowed.
